CUSTOMER CHALLENGE
We manufacture a number of custom parts made from the same material for a key customer.

When we started this project, this custom material could only be found at a single supplier.

ICP SOLUTION
We started to work with another supplier to develop a new material that looked, felt, and performed similar to the original material. When the new material was developed, our customer tested it and found it to have the same strengths and characteristics as the original material. They approved it as a second material.

When the original supplier had major equipment problems and could not produce the custom material for 90 days or more, we successfully converted the program to the newly developed material. We met all ship dates on time.

RESULTS
By being proactive, we looked out for the best interests of one of our key customers. We continue to work together.
